4. Uptime Guarantee
Gulfaro guarantees 99.9% uptime. Service credits may be applied in case of downtime, excluding:

5. Limitation of Liability
Gulfaro is not responsible for any loss due to downtime, data corruption, or content deletion. The only remedy available is immediate service termination.
6. Late Payments
- Service suspended after 3 days of non-payment
- Service terminated after 14 days of non-payment
- Reactivation is based on data availability and full payment

We are not liable for data loss, service outages, or technical failures. Gulfaro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if terms are violated.
